EFFECTIVE WAYS TO REDUCE BODY WEIGHT
Too much fat can be harmful for health and may cause several health issues ,here are some ways which may help to reduce
weight steadily but for long term.
1. Eat plenty of soluble fibre:
by increasing fullness and reducing calorie absorption soluble fibre can help you to reduce weight. Try to include plenty of high
fibre foods in your diet.
2. Avoid foods that contain trans fats:
products that contain trans fats are not good as they cause increase in fat in our body. Some of the products which contain
transfat are frozen pizza microwave popcorn cakes and pastries. trans fat is doublt trouble for heart health.
3. Eat a high protein diet:
As protein diet reduces hunger and appetite level and increase muscle mass and strength . thus helping in loosing weight .
Be sure to include a good protein source at every meal, such as:
eggs
dairy
whey protein
beans
4. Reduce your stress levels:
To help reduce belly fat, do some activities that relieve stress. Practicing yoga or meditation can be effective. Because high
cortisol levels can cause to increase fat around bellies .
5. Don’t eat a lot of sugary foods:
Excess sugar intake is also one of the major cause of weight gain in many people. By limiting your intake of candy and
processed foods which are high in added sugar one can have control over his or her weight.
6. Do aerobic exercise (cardio):
Aerobic exercise (cardio) is a beneficial way to improve your health and burn fat too. Because large amount of oxygen is
required to burn extra fat and for good functioning of body organs too .
7. keep a Check your meal portion:
With the increase in protein portion reduce carbs specially refined carbs from your meal .
8. Get plenty of restful sleep:
People who are not getting enough and good sleep are at high risk of obesity. So to reduce fat one must have sound
sleep routine.
9. Eat probiotic foods or take a probiotic supplement:
Probiotics activate metabolism and thus helps in attaining good digestive system. Which in turn promotes reducing fat.
10. Consider intermittent fasting:
One popular method involves 24-hour fasts once or twice per week. Another consists of fasting every day for 16 hours
and eating all your food within an 8-hour period.
11. Drink green tea:
regularly drinking green tea has been linked to weight loss. Though, only intake of green tea is not that usefull for
weight loss but can help if taken along with exercise.
